Raymond C. Guerin:
Ray Guerin is the Founder and President of Kingston Risk Management and is a Property and Liability Insurance Broker specializing in commercial lines since 1981. He has worked as an insurance broker and consultant for property and liability accounts with revenues up to $1 billion, and insured properties valued up to $1 billion. Additionally, Ray has provided insurance and risk management consulting services for large commercial insurance buyers who do not have full-time risk managers. His clients include electric utilities, hospitals, municipalities, manufacturers, construction, real estate, environmental risks, technology companies, school districts and colleges.
Ray’s expertise has been utilized in the legal system as well. In 2006, he served as a court-appointed umpire to resolve a multi-million dollar business interruption dispute between a multi-state manufacturer and its insurer. Additionally, he served as an Expert Witness on behalf of an Electric Utility in the State of Maine, resulting in a $13,600,000 verdict in favor of the Utility.
Ray has a B.S. Degree from St. John’s University and has a CPCU Insurance Designation from the American Institute of Property & Liability Underwriters.
Barbara Hain:
Barbara Hain brings 40+ years of insurance experience to Kingston Risk Management. She is a New York State Licensed Property and Casualty Broker and has a CPCU Insurance designation. Barbara is active in community insurance affairs and taught the New York State Property and Casualty Licensing Course at Bryant & Stratton Business College for five years. She is responsible for marketing large commercial accounts and servicing KRM’s customers.
Mary Baumeister:
Mary Baumeister joined Kingston Risk Management in 2016 and brings 25+ years of commercial underwriting experience with the Chubb Corporation to the team. She is responsible for marketing new accounts to our company partners.
Dave M. Wallace:
David Wallace is the President of Commercial Coverage Insurance. He has 25 + years of Insurance experience, with particular expertise insuring bonded contractors and commercial real estate.
